Well, I guess not completely. The Park Pacific development has eliminated all 140 "for sale" lofts and instead will have 193 rental units. The rental market downtown has been extremely hot, and the project will still add density, so I'd say it's a good thing. Another Loft Project Bites the Dust...
Well, I guess not completely. The Park Pacific development has eliminated all 140 "for sale" lofts and instead will have 193 rental units.
