The building that formerly housed KaBloom Florist at Grand and Arsenal is set to become Emack & Bolio's, and ice cream parlor. It will be the first E&B in Saint Louis, with their other Missouri location being in Springfield. Emack & Bolio's started in Boston in 1975, and according to The Boston Globe, "Emack & Bolio's is part of Boston history.
