I'm extremely excited about this project, and hope that it isn't another deal that ends up stalling out. The project is slated to bring 7 contemporary, green-certified townhomes to Grand Center. This is the kind of project that Grand Center has needed for years.
I do wonder about the price tag - with the houses apparently selling at $480,000. Construction will begin on the first three homes once two are under contract. The Post-Dispatch had an article this past weekend about the project, which you can read
