I know I am a little late to the party, but for those of you who don't know, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has raised their FHA loan limits as required by the Economic Stimulus Act that was signed be President Bush on February 13th. FHA loans are an awesome loan product for first time buyers and buyers with less than perfect credit.
