Home Sales Up!
The National Association of Realtors reported Monday that resales of homes and condos in the U.S. rose by 2.9% in February - the first raise in 7 months. While it's good news in terms of the overall view of of the real estate market, the Saint Louis and Metro area markets are a lot different in that we haven't been as affected. Of course the media wouldn't have you believe that, with them sensationalizing every single detail regarding real estate...and everything else for that matter.
