Matt Woolsley, of Forbes magazine, writes that Saint Louis is currently in the Top 10 for the best cities for top seller's markets. According to Forbes, in compiling their list, they looked at price growth and sales rates in the country's 40 largest metropolitan statistical areas. This is definitely good news for the Saint Louis market.
