Hi-Pointe Theater, a small, one-screen theater right near Forest Park at Highway 40 and Clayton is apparently closing after tonight's screenings. The theater will re-open in a couple weeks under new management.
I don't go there often, but it's an awesome place to watch a movie. The architecture and features of the theater are superb. I am looking forward to seeing what happens with the building under new management. If you've never seen a flick there, I highly recommend checking it out - especially a thriller or scary movie...
