Pyramid Construction To No Longer Develop

In an extremely surprising piece of news, Pyramid Construction will exit the development business. Pyramid has been the major player in the development downtown, and President John Steffen has completed a host of loft developments, including the Railway Lofts, The Lofts at 2020 Washington, The Elder Shirt Lofts, as well as projects that are still being completed or are almost completed in The Bankers Lofts, The Arcade, The Dorsa Lofts, and The Leather Trades Lofts. Pyramid will continue to operate their property management division. It will be interesting to hear more about their exit as news becomes available.
